Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Briffo subscriptions purchased via Paddle.

1. Merchant of Record

All payments for Briffo are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for all purchases.

2. Refund handling

• Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle under Paddle Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law.
• If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will help you submit the request with Paddle.
• To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

3. How to request a refund

• Use your Paddle receipt email to contact Paddle support and reference the transaction.
• You can also contact [email protected] with your Paddle transaction ID.

Briffo is operated by PE Oleksandr Kozlovskyi (Ukraine).
