These Terms govern use of Briffo at briffo.io. By using Briffo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service scope

• Briffo provides read-only analytics, reporting, and digest generation.
• Briffo does not provide campaign management actions in connected ad platforms.

2. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your connected OAuth accounts.
• You may revoke integration permissions at any time in provider settings.

3. Acceptable use

• You must not abuse, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
• You must not use Briffo for unlawful activities.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Pricing, renewal, and tax handling follow the checkout terms shown at purchase.

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Data and compliance

Use of Google API data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Google Ads API Disclosure, including Limited Use commitments.

6. Disclaimer

Insights and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and may contain model-generated interpretation. You remain responsible for final business and advertising decisions.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You can request account deletion at /data-deletion.
